I’ve seen many party poppers in the stores, markets, as time passed. Bought a few, had some parties that included party poppers. I recently discovered a small trick that will help you make a party popper manually. The trick is explained by 5 minutes crafts, on facebook.

For 1 party popper, you will need:

• 1 colored baloon (any color you want – pink or green or yellow or… )
• 1 plastic glass or paper glass (the one you use when you drink a Cappuccino ;))
• colored paper for confetti

Cut the balloon in half .

Carefully cut the plastic glass with the scissors to remove the bottom of the glass.

Place the balloon ‘s opening over the end of the glass.

Cut the colored paper in small pieces and make confetti.

Pull the balloon back and snap it, so it sends confetti up in the air!

In momentul in care am venit in Japonia, aveam cu 20 kilograme mai mult decat greutatea normala. M-am plans unei vecine care mi-a spus: “Fa o baie fierbinte. Te va ajuta.” Pe moment, nu am inteles sfatul ei. Faceam exercitii peste exercitii si ma gandeam mereu ca nu exersez suficient de mult Atunci cand mi-am schimbat atitudinea fata de corpul meu, am reusit sa slabesc 30 kilograme. Noi acordam prea multa atentie proteinelor, carbohidratilor, si caloriilor. Pentru a fi in forma maxima si slab, trebuie sa tinem cont de 4 reguli importante. 

1. Daca faceti exercitii precum un luptator de sumo, veti arata ca un luptator de sumo

Luptătorii de sumo nu iau micul dejun. Cum se trezesc, încep antrenamentul cardio, iau un prânz consistent, apoi merg la culcare.. După ce se trezesc, repetă același program.

După o zi obositoare, solicitantă și o cină generoasă, nu vroiam decât să dorm. Mi s-a dezvoltat musculatura și am acumulat straturi de grăsime. Când corpul este stresat, mintea ne avertizează că avem nevoie, urgent, de o doză de energie, pe care o luăm, de cele mai multe ori din dulciuri. Principalul indiciu că ai făcut prea mult sport este când îți este foame precum unui urs.

2. Caldura este viata

Fructele si legumele verii ajuta organismul sa se adapteze caldurii. Este bine sa fie proaspete si cat mai verzi. Cantitatea crescuta de mancare cruda scade insa temperatura corpului care cere mai multa mancare pentru a se incalzi.  Nu uitati de legumele gatire. In sezonul rece este bine asadar sa consumam legume si fructe gatite, calde.

3. Nu consumati lichide in timpul mesei

Lichidele scad temperatura corpului. Apa neutralizeaza acidul pe care stomacul il produce pentru digestie. In timpul mesei, daca bem lichide, organismul va cere mai multa energie pentru a incheia procesul de digestie si de aceea simtim nevoia sa mancam mai mult. Japonezii iubesc supele fierbinti!

4. O baie fierbinte va ajuta

O astfel de baie, repetată de 2 ori pe lună, are un efect benefic atât asupra pielii cât și pentru digestie.

Probabil ma gândesc să scriu despre un concurs de modă, cu ținute de stradă sau de gală, care mai de care mai elegante, opere ale fashion designerilor români sau străini. Este vorba de mai mult de atât, poate un pic ieșit din comun în peisajul pitoresc, dar la standarde înalte de calitate și cu un juriu format din profesioniști în domeniul automobilismului. Da, despre mașini vorbesc. Concursul a avut loc la Sinaia, într-o zi frumoasă de vară, 25 iunie 2016. Am evadat din mediul călduros și am poposit pe domeniul castelului Peleș, unde erau expuse vehicule istorice care mai de care mai frumoase și mai elegante ale unor proprietari pasionați de mașini de epocă, din perioada interbelică și primele decenii postbelice. Modele unice, fiecare cu un detaliu aparte – culoare, roți, volan, siglă.

Un Dodge Du din anul 1935 a impresionat vizitatorii cunoscători sau pur și simplu curioși, ca o doamnă îmbrăcată într-o rochie albă de gală. Albul se remarcă prin stil și eleganță. Juriul l-a premiat cu premiu special pentru eleganță.  Nici negrul nu se lasă mai prejos.

Un Mercedes 200 B din anul 1953 îți dă impresia că ai „aterizat” într-un film britanic de calitate. Câștigătorul premiului I la categoria Postbelice Cabriolet. Și pentru a da culoare articolului și peisajului, am remarcat un BMW Glas 1600 GT din 1968, de un portocaliu intens.

Am aflat, cu această ocazie, că în anul 1968 a fost fabricat primul automobil Dacia în România. La concurs au participat o Dacia 1100 și două Dacii 1300.

Some sort of movie review  ( it’s just a personal comment). I spent the whole week thinking of what movie I was going to watch. When the weekend finally came, I took the decision : Mad Max – Fury Road. What made me take the decision? I read some news about Tom Hardy (you know, the guy that played Bane in the Dark Knight Rises – uh huh, unlike the villain, Tom Hardy is very communicative, nice and loves animals )  Then, it was the trailer. If I like the trailer, I get tempted to watch the movie. Now you’re probably wondering if I expected Tom Hardy to play a villain. Yes and no. Yes, because I expected producers to work with cliches. No, because I knew that Tom could bring up the good and the virtues on the screen.

Mad Max started like an Apocalypse movie. First with Max in the dessert , then all those scenes of madness, with poor and hungry people going to get water from a tyrant and his group of skin headed marionettes . As for the tyrant, as I got deeper and deeper into the movie, I started wondering if the producers wanted to take Tom as this villain in their cast crew (some elements the tyrant and Bane had in common).

I liked Furiosa , played by Charlize Theron (This was impressing , something totally different from what I had seen in the past in this brilliant actress’ characters) – strong, ambitious , fighting for hope to the end of her resources .  The last word before she fell exhausted was ‘Home’ . Besides, I did like all the women in this movie. Very feminist figures. Charlize did impress me, she gave me the feeling that she gave all her best in this character . She gave Furiosa a deep, rough , strong personality. She fought for the good she’d known before she’d been captured. She fought because she refused to believe that the good was gone forever, that the green was lost completely. When the hope is lost for a moment, she falls on her kneels and screams , but the end isn’t here. Max is the one who takes care of her when she collapses , reveals his name and finally  brings her back on her feet.

The dessert, the rocky scenery , the blue nights made me think of National Geographic magazine photos and expeditions. The producers made a good work with these.  I won’t restrain myself from mentioning the fact that some scenes were very fast, very dynamic to the point where I had the impression that they were part of a computer game. With all these, I said: Wow! This is a huge budget movie! I don’t know how the old fans of the Mad Max series feel about Fury Road, but George Miller did a brilliant job. Take it from someone who isn’t a fan of this type of movies (one-hour motorcycle and car chase, computer games -like effects, insane music ). I could watch this type of movie for more than 2 hours , which means that it was brilliant!

The end of this movie made me think a lot… especially a certain quote that comes like a definition to the entire movie. I don’t want to think that in the future there are no flowers, like some chroniclers said. But one thing is certain: those skin headed men were marionettes. The evil was not in them. The evil was in their insane dictator. These creatures were just brain washed.
